The Junior High Lady Cobras played Cutter Morning Star on November 10, 2023. The Jr. Lady Cobras overcame a sluggish beginning to win against the visiting Junior Lady Eagles with a score of 44 to 7. Aliyah McKellar led the scoring with 14 points followed by Sophie Chaney with 11 points, Baylee Hedges with 5 points, Heather King with 4 points, Ireland Kane and Dakota Rhodes with 3 points each, while Mallory Makin and Addy Blees rounded out the scoring with 2 points each. Coach Todd Willis said, “Aliyah McKellar was dominant inside the paint while Sophie Chaney provided the Junior Lady Cobras with some solid outside shooting,” naming them Fountain Lake Players of the Game.
