The Senior High Lady Cobras traveled to Mountain Pine on November 14, 2023. Paige Davis led the scoring with 19 points and Lainey Mungle contributed 11 points. Coach Matt Carter said, “We got off to a slow start and had to claw our way back into the game.  We cut the lead to 6 points by halftime, but were unable to sustain our comeback in the second half.  Mt. Pine pulled away in the 4th quarter for a 58-43 win.  Our effort was where it needed to be at times, but we have to be able to consistently sustain maximum effort for 4 quarters.  We will continue to work on it and hopefully improve as the season goes along.” Paige Davis was named the Fountain Lake Player of the Game.
