Fountain Lake School District

The Fountain Lake Cobras met the Waldron Bulldogs on December 18, 2023. The following are statistics from the game: First Quarter 17-17, Second Quarter 29-27, Third Quarter 45-40, and a Final Score of 57-55 in favor of the Cobras. The leading scorers for the game were Dillon Dettmering with 16 points, Brayden Buss with 13 points, and Wyatt Clem with 11 points giving the Cobras a record of 11-5, 2-1 for conference play. Coach Jacob Dettmering said, “Brayden Buss made two clutch free throws late in the game to extend the lead to 3 points. The undersized Fountain Lake post players battled Waldron’s big posts making it tough on them to score inside.” The Fountain Lake Player of the Game was Brayden Buss with 16 points. They face Clarksville on December 21, 2023.
