On Monday, December 18, 2023, The Fountain Lake Jr. Lady Cobras beat the Waldron Jr. Lady Bulldogs in a conference game by a score of 36-32. The leading scorers for the game were Baylee Hedges and Ireland Kane with 11 points each, followed by Aliyah McKellar with a hard-earned 6 points. Bailey Bean chipped in 5 points and Dakota Rhodes had a crucial three-pointer late in the fourth quarter. Coach Todd Willis said, “The Jr. Lady Cobras have a 9-1 overall record and 2-0 in conference heading into the Christmas break.” With her crucial three-pointer, Dakota Rhodes was named the Fountain Lake Player of the Game. Their next game will be against Pottsville on January 6, 2023.
