Fountain Lake School District

The Fountain Lake Senior Boys Basketball Team played Pottsville at Bass Gymnasium on February 2, 2024. The following are statistics from the game: 1st Quarter 7-21, 2nd Quarter 24-34, 3rd Quarter 40-48, and a final score of 51-64 for a Pottsville win. The leading scorers were Dillon Dettmering with 25 points and Wyatt Clem with 13 points. Dillon Dettmering was named Fountain Lake Player of the Game. Coach Jacob Dettmering said, “We got off to a poor start, but the players battled and cut the lead to 5 pts in the 4th quarter. I was proud of their effort playing short-handed and having several players dealing with illness or recently coming off of illness.They left it on the floor and played until the end.” The next game is February 5 against Mena.
