The Fountain Lake Senior High Girls Basketball Team played the final game of their season on February 13, 2023 in the 4A-4 District Tournament at Pottsville. The game resulted in a 61-42 loss to Clarksville. Coach Matt Carter said, “It was a tough way to end the season. I was proud of the courage that Paige Davis and Kamryn Whiley showed in the game on Monday. Both girls were dealing with injuries in their own way and played with a lot of toughness and determination to try and help their team to win the game. Unfortunately, we came up short and our season [came] to an end.  I wish all of the seniors the best moving forward with all of their future endeavors after they graduate.” Paige Davis led the team in scoring with 16 points followed by Kamryn Whiley with 5 points and Allie Overton with 5 points.  The  Fountain Lake Players of the game were Paige Davis and Kamryn Whiley. Congratulate these ladies on a hard-fought season.
