On August 31, 2023, Fountain Lake hosted Bauxite for 8th Grade, 9th Grade, JV, and Varsity Volleyball. The following are stats from the matches: 8th Grade won in three sets:  20-25, 25-16, 15-11. 9th Grade won in two sets: 25-21, 25-23. JV split two sets: 21-25, 25-23. Varsity won in three sets: 25-24, 26-24, 25-23. Coach Hope Baker said, “[For Jr. High], it was the best match we have played this season.” In response to the Varsity games, Coach Tina Moore said, “We are continuing our winning streak even though we are struggling offensively. Our defense is definitely keeping us in the game. We are 6-0, and 3-0 in conference play.” The Fountain Lake Player of the Game goes to Katie Dillinger for setting up Faith Jones for a back row attack kill in the varsity game. On September 5, 2023, 7th grade, 9th grade, and Varsity Volleyball Teams will travel to Waldron for their next match.
