Fountain Lake Charter High School Football Team was up against Mt. Pine on September 2, 2022. Abram Davis had 6 rushes for 42 yards and a touchdown. Evan East had 1 rush for a 60 yard touchdown and two receptions from Abe Rose for 47 yards. Calob Roberst had 4 solo tackles while Evan East had 3 solo tackles and 1 assisted tackle. Charley Higgins added to game play with 2 assisted tackles and 2 pass breakups. Mats Koler was 2 for 2 on extra points.  Coach Kenneth Shelton expressed, “Unfortunately, the game was called at halftime due to inclement weather with Mt. Pine up 22-14 at the time. I really felt like we had time to make some adjustments and we were getting the ball to begin the second half. I feel like we would have had a great chance to make a comeback; I hate to see the game settled by weather and not the players.” The Fountain Lake Player Of The Game was Evan East.
