The Fountain Lake Junior High Football Team traveled to Nashville High School on October 3, 2022. Coach Justin McArthur said, “The kids faced a tough and mature opponent, but fought until the end…looking forward to bouncing back this week.” Though the game ended in a loss, there were some great highlights. Elijah Reed had 8 carries for 81 yards. Devin Williams had 3 receptions for 53 yards and 2 carries for 10 yards. Cooper Buss was 5 for 11 in passing for 57 yards, and Peyton Harwood had one tackle and 1 interception. Do not miss the next game on October 6, 2022 as Fountain Lake meets Arkadelphia.
