Fountain Lake Senior Girls Basketball Team traveled to Watson Chapel on November 11, 2022. Fountain Lake led 7-4 after the first quarter and outscored Watson Chapel 13-8 taking a 20-12 lead at halftime. Watson Chapel outscored Fountain Lake 15-11 in the third quarter, but Fountain Lake still led 31-27 at the end of the third quarter. The Lady Cobras claimed a 43-35 victory over the Watson Chapel Lady Wildcats. “I thought the girls played hard throughout the game, but also played sloppy at times; I spoke to them about being composed in tough situations.  Paige Davis and Mary Drakes led the team in scoring with Paige netting 24 points and Mary 15.  It was nice to be able to go on the road and play in a tough environment against really athletic players and come away with a win,” reflected Coach Matt Carter. The Fountain Lake Player of the Game was Paige Davis. Do not miss the next game against Mountain Pine on November 15, 2022.
