On December 19, 2022 the Fountain Lake Junior High Boys Basketball Team played Waldron at Bass Gymnasium. The following are stats from the game: First Quarter 11-4, Second Quarter 16-10, Third Quarter 26-18, with a Final Score of 31-20. Coach Jacob Dettmering said, “We played hard and came away with a win versus a quality opponent. I look forward to seeing how much we improve throughout the year.” The Fountain Lake Players of the Game were Eli Reed with 9 points and Payton Harwood with 8 points.
