The Fountain Lake Senior Boys Basketball Team played Jacksonville Lighthouse at home on January 24, 2023. Coach Jacob Dettmering said, “[We] got off to a great start and shot the ball really well…multiple kids contributed throughout the night and did a nice job with different lineups.” The following are stats from the game: First Quarter 24-3, Second Quarter 35-10, Third Quarter 51-17, and a final winning score of 60-32. The leading scorers for this game were Dedric Blocker with 18 points and Colby Lambert with 12 points. Along with being the high-point scorer, Dedric Blocker was named the Fountain Lake Player of the Game. Don’t miss the Cobras as they play Waldron on January 27, 2023.
