As students were returning to campus from a field trip today, a student was reported to have made comments pertaining to having a weapon in his/her possession. FYI Seesaw communication is not working today. As soon as we get it resolved we will let you all know.

Reminder-middle school picture day is tomorrow, September 14 and elementary school picture day is Thursday, September 15.

We are excited that today is the first day of our FACES after school programming for this school year. Students in K-6 that signed up for after school classes on Monday will be staying after school today. We’re sending this reminder out so our parents don’t freak out when their little ones don’t get off the bus. Students enrolled in the program can be picked up in the elementary cafeteria prior to 6pm. Have a Marvelous Monday!

Friends,
While Fountain Lake is facing difficult days ahead, several of our students have asked that everyone wear blue tomorrow, Monday, September 12, in support of our friends at Jessieville who are also facing hard times following an automobile involving several Jessieville students. Our thoughts go out to our Jessieville friends, as we continue to remember the Henson family.
Thank you.

Kindergarten celebrated Grandparents’ Day today. Our classrooms were full of proud grandparents! Thank you to our kindergarten grandparents for spending some precious time with your grandchildren at school! 💜

The Elementary Book Fair will be September 19th - 23rd! We will have two ways to shop this year. You can set up an eWallet with Scholastic which will allow your student to shop in person at the book fair or you can shop online and have the books shipped directly to your house. *Students that shop in person will have the opportunity to shop during their class Library time. Please do not send cash with your students - all in person shoppers must have a Scholastic eWallet account set up.
Use the following link to shop online OR to set up an eWallet for your student:

Fountain Lake Athletic Department is using Go Fan for spectators to purchase tickets for Pee Wee, Junior High, and Senior High sporting events at Fountain Lake School. We will still continue to use cash for entry, but for your convenience we will also take credit cards at the gate during all sporting events as well as our online ticket sales through the Go Fan app.

If you are interested in purchasing an all sports season pass ($50+service fee)or a fall sports pass ($30+service fee), click on the following Go Fan link. You may purchase the passes there. You will redeem them and show your digital pass on your mobile device at all of the home events you attend. Cobra Pride was soaring this morning! Thank you to our Senior High and Peewee football players and cheerleaders for greeting kids and making a great ending to our week. 💜

Cobra Peewee Football kicks off tomorrow with our first home game!
Just a reminder, there is only ONE entrance/gate to get into the game. It is located at our South Entrance right before the administration building off of Park Avenue. You will see the large gravel parking lot. You will not be able to enter by the hill of the high school or the elementary. Those gates will be locked.
Hope to see you all tomorrow. Go Cobras!
