Traditional and Year-Round options will be discussed.
Following the forum, a calendar preference survey will be sent through our communications platforms to gather information from our stakeholders.

Due to the severe weather warnings, all of the Fountain Lake buses-football, band, cheer, and the fan bus-are remaining in Mountain View until they can safely travel home.

Due to impending inclement weather, the Friday, November 4, 2022 Championship Football Game at Mountain View will kick-off at 6:00PM.
The early dismissal/pivot to virtual instruction will remain in place beginning at 12:30PM. Go Cobras!!

Information for Friday, November 4, 2022
The Fountain Lake High School Cobra Football Team will be traveling to Mountain View, Arkansas for the 8-Man State Championship Game on Friday, November 4, 2022.
Due to the lengthy travel time and to ensure that the Cobra Band and Cheerleaders, as well as any fans who will be attending, may safely travel to Mountain View, the Fountain Lake School District will pivot to virtual learning at 12:30PM on Friday, November 4, 2022.
Regular bus routes will be run beginning at 12:30PM. Car riders should be picked up on campus at 12:30PM.
All lunches will be served on Friday, November 4, 2022.
Teachers will provide virtual assignments for the remainder of the school day. Lessons will be digital on Google Classroom or SeeSaw or in a printed format. Students will receive lessons from the teachers to whom they are assigned from 12:30-3:30 on that day.

Fountain Lake Senior High Football teams traveled to Mt. View on October 14, 2022. They team fought very hard, but ended the game with a 3 point loss. It goes without saying that the team had some amazing stats. Abe Rose had 16 rushes for 70 yards, 6 receptions for 100 yards and 1 touchdown. Destyn Fields had 18 of 26 passing for 232 yards and 2 touchdowns. Evan East had 10 receptions for 125 yards and 1 touchdown. Defensively, Evan East had 12 tackles and 1 pass breakup. Juan Diggs had 11 tackles; Joel Gold had 11 tackles; Nick Brey had 14 tackles; Kyle Pinkston had 11 tackles, and Cody Scott had 10 tackles. Coach Kenneth Shelton said, “[We] have to cut the penalties out, two of which proved very costly, and we need to bounce back with a big win this week” The Fountain Lake Player of the Game was Abe Rose. Don’t miss the “Battle of the Gorge” on October 21, 2022 held at Cutter Morning Star where the Cobras and the Eagles will battle it out.

Congratulations to the Fountain Lake Football Homecoming Court. Homecoming ceremonies will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022. Specific times and events will be posted at a later date.


Fountain Lake Athletic Department is using Go Fan for spectators to purchase tickets for Pee Wee, Junior High, and Senior High sporting events at Fountain Lake School. We will still continue to use cash for entry, but for your convenience we will also take credit cards at the gate during all sporting events as well as our online ticket sales through the Go Fan app.

Fountain Lake hosted Ozark and Waldron in an 18 hole golf match at Magellan Golf Course.The Cobras won the match with a team score of 234. Kolt Carden led the way with a medalist round of 75. Carson McCoy (78) and Coil Burks (81) completed the team score. Waldron placed second with a score of 283. The Bulldogs were led by Noah Patrick (85). Ozark finished 3rd with a score of 298. Spencer Durning led the was with a 95.
Jaylen Cameron of Fountain Lake finished medalist in the girls division with a round of 87. Kylee Day of Waldron had a 106. Zoey Tedford led Ozark with a 108.

Fountain Lakes Golf Teams were back in action on Monday, August 22, 2022 as they hosted Mena and Dardanelle at Magellan Golf Course. The Boy’s Varsity Team ended the match with a score of 113 as Kolt Carden (36), Coil Burks (36), Carson McCoy (41) led the team. Mena’s Rhett Brotherton led with a score of 40.
Fountain Lake’s Junior Varsity Boys finished with 127 points led by Treyton Gray (41) and Cole Thomas (42). Leading the Dardanelle Boy’s team was Restin Robinson with a score of 43.
Fountain Lake’s Girls’ Team came up a bit short to Dardanelle’s 161 points led by Kayleigh Tidwell (52). Fountain Lake’s Jaylen Cameron completed the match with a score of 55 points while Mena’s Carmindy Ashcraft ended with 65 points. Coach Michael Blees stated, “I’ve got a great bunch of players; it is so much fun watching these young players develop their skills.”

Fountain Lake hosted Pottsville in a 9 hole match at Magellan Golf Course. The Cobras took the Varsity match with a team score of 116 to 128 Dillon Dettmerring finished as medalist for the Cobras with a round of 38. Teammates Kolt Carden and Coil Burks finished with rounds of 39. Carson McCoy finished with a 42. Pottsville was led by Wesley as rigging with a 41.
Fountain Lake took the JV match with a score of 126. To 133. Wesley Cambell led the way with a 40. Treyton Gray and Brayden Buss finished with 43. Ayden Watson led Pottsville with a 41
Next match Monday at Magellan Golf Course with a 3:30 tee time against Mena and Dardanelle.

Todays benefit volleyball game with Clarksville has been canceled and rescheduled for Friday August 19, 2022 at 5:30 pm.
