Fountain Lake hosted Nashville and Mena at Magellan Golf Course in Hot Springs Village. Fountain Lake took the boys match with a team score of 124. Kolt Carden led the Cobras as medalist with a round of 39. Teammate Carson McCoy finished with a score of 40. Coil Burks 45 rounded out the team score for the Cobras. Nashville claimed second with a score of 155. The Scrappers were led by Jett Stephenson’s 41. Mena placed third with a score of 157. Sean Sullivan led the Bearcats with 49. Nashville took first in the girls division with a score of 133. Ellen Spigner finished as Medalist with a 38. Mena took second with a 171. The Lady Bearcats were led by Emma Hines 54. The Lady Cobras finished third with a score of 184. Sophie Skinner led the LadyCobras with a 55. The Cobras travel to Lake DeGray on Thursday for a match against Arkadelphia starting at 4:00

Tomorrow's Jr High Football AAA Benefit Game vs Magnet Cove will kick off at 6:30pm. Tickets will be $4 at the gate. Home fans should enter at the new entrance near the south endzone (by the new parking area), and guests should purchase tickets at the stairway entrance by the auditorium parking lot. Since it is the AAA Benefit Game, only AAA passes will be accepted. Fountain Lake Single Season and All-Sports Passes will go on sale digitally later this week. Stay tuned for more details...

Fountain Lake traveled up HWY 7 north to play a match at DeSoto Golf Course in Hot Springs Village. Fountain Lake won the boys match with a team score of 129. The Cobras were well balanced with Brodie McMillan, Kolt Carden, and Carson McCoy each scoring 43. Carson Withers of Benton Harmony Grove finished as medalist with a round of 40. Dardanelle placed 2nd with a score of 164. Jessieville placed 3rd with a score of 191. Huff led the Lions with a 58. The Lady Lions took the girls match with a team score of 185. The Lady Lions were led by medalist Haley Holland's 58. Teammates Kamma Reid (63) and Ava Zetts ( 64) finished the team score. The Lady Cobras finished 2nd with a score of 192. The Lady Cobras were led by Sophie Skinner (61) Katie Kandlbinder (65) and Anna Claire's (66). Dardanelle placed 3rd with a score of 199. The 2021-22 Annual Athletic Parent Meeting will be held on 8/12 at 5:00pm in the Auditorium during Open House. The North Garland County Water District notified us that we do not have water on our campus. Students should check SeeSaw and Google Classroom for assignments and continue to work virtually. Due to the current weather conditions and forecast for this week, Fountain Lake Schools will not meet for face to face classes Tuesday, February 16 through Friday, February 19. Students should check SeeSaw or Google Classroom each day for assignments and scheduled class meetings. Due to Covid-19 precautions at Arkadelphia, the Senior High game between Fountain Lake and Arkadelphia scheduled for next Friday, October 9th, has been cancelled. The game is considered to be a “No Contest” by the AAA. Fountain Lake will make an announcement concerning next week at the earliest time possible. At this time, all homecoming plans, including Friday Night, are still in place. This is only for the Senior High contest- the 7th grade and Junior High contests are still on as scheduled on Thursday, October 8th at Arkadelphia.

Fountain Lake Football Fans: Tickets for the 7th grade & Junior High football games will be sold at the gate tonight. ***On Friday, September 25th, the Senior High Football team will travel to Robinson for the 7-4A Conference opener starting at 7:00 P.M. We still have tickets available for Friday night's game, and we will be selling tickets in the Administration building until 2:00 P.M. on Friday. Tickets are $5 each and we will only accept cash. We have been allotted 250 tickets from Robinson. If there are any tickets left, they will be for sale at Robinson before the game at their general admission ticket booth. ***AAA Passes are allowed and need to be shown at the gate. A ticket will not be required. Please have a picture ID present.

NEW Fountain Lake Football Game Protocols (Please Read All the Information) Fountain Lake will host England in Football on Friday, September 4 starting at 7:00 pm at Allen Tillery Field. Gates will open at 6:00 (due to senior night ceremony starting at 6:25). According to ADH Guidelines, the Stadium will only fit 613 people due to capacity guidelines. All tickets will be $5 per person and must be bought in advance. Tickets will only be pre-sold so please read below. *New* - PLAYERS, BAND, CHEER will be allowed to purchase 2 parent tickets per student participant and will be available from 8:15 am to 3:00 pm on Monday, August 31 and Tuesday, September 1 in the Fountain Lake Administration office (Madison Burfiend). Every person must have a ticket to enter. CASH ONLY! *New* - General Admission tickets will be available from 8:15-3:00, Wednesday-Friday in the Fountain Lake Administration office (Madison Burfiend). Every person must have a ticket to enter. CASH ONLY! *New* - Walk up tickets (instead of at the ticket booths) will be sold at the front of the Bass Gymnasium, starting at 4:30 on Friday, September 4th. After school, there will be no tickets sold at the ticket booths, only in front of the gym to all fans, home and visitors. Passes: Due to ticket and capacity restrictions, only AAA passes will be allowed at the door. Due to Covid-19 Protocols, any other Fountain Lake issued passes will only be accepted with a ticket (see below). *New* - Students: Students may purchase a ticket at the Admin Building (Madison Burfiend). Fans will not be allowed to loiter around after the end of the game. Every attendee MUST wear a face covering at all times unless eating or drinking. Social distancing of 6‘, using every other row, is MANDATORY. Households may sit together on a row. No one except for both school’s administration, teams and support personnel and their coaches are allowed on the field before, during or after the games. Senior Night will start immediately after pregame at approximately 6:25. *New* - With a limited number of tickets available, once we reach the capacity of the stadium (613 People), no one else will be allowed in the stadium. We appreciate the understanding of all the great Cobra fans as it pertains to tickets and mitigation efforts.
