A reminder for Parents and Students in grades 9-12. All high school students have mandatory Fall Semester tests. Only medical absences will be allowed for missing exams. These test are worth 20% of the students grades. Review day, Wednesday, December 18. Exam dates are Thursday. December 19 and Friday, December 20, 2024. ( Test schedule is attached)
There has been a schedule change for the Bill Gibbs Memorial Basketball Tournament at Harmony Grove for Monday December 2nd. Fountain Lake Sr Girls will play Mt Vernon at 7:00 PM and the Boys will play Harding Academy at 8:15 PM. Hope Everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving and Go Cobras!
Parents, ATLAS scores are available for you and your high school student through the ATLAS portal. We have sent a 6 digit code to your child's school email for them to share with you, so you can see the results of last year's state assessment. Those codes are specific to your child, so if you have more than one student at Fountain Lake, you will have a different code for each. If for some reason your student did not receive a code, please contact the high school office ( current 9, 10, 11) and we will provide it to you.

Cobra Fans, Basketball is here! Join us as we kick off the 2024-2025 season with three big games this week beginning with Jessieville Monday evening @ Jessieville. It will be a 4 game night and will start at 4:00pm with the Jr Girls game followed by Jr Boys, Sr Girls, and Sr Boys. Tuesday we will Host Mt Ida with the same slate of games beginning with the Jr Girls at 4:00 pm followed by the Jr Boys, Sr Girls, and Sr Boys. and Thursday we will travel to Cutter Morning Star with the Jr Girls game beginning at 4:00 pm followed by the Jr Boys, Sr Girls, and Sr Boys. So Cobra Fans come out and support our teams as we get the 2024-2025 basketball season started. Go Cobras!!!
Seniors 2025. November 14, 2024 Herff-Jones will meet with you about graduation materials. They will cover, announcements, cap and gown, and other items for you to purchase. This is only informational, so afterwards you can share with your parents. Herff-Jones will discuss orders that he will take on Thursday, November 21, 2024 as well as how to order online.
The Pee Wee Football Championships will be played tomorrow, Saturday, 11/2. Gates will open at 8:00 am and the first game will be at 9:00am. Fountain Lake 4th Grade Pee Wee will play at 10:00 am vs Harmony Grove, Fountain Lake 5th Grade will play Bauxite at 11:00 am, and Fountain Lake 6th grade will play Bauxite at 12:00 pm. We are hoping for an exciting day of fun for our youth sports teams and hope to see a big crowd to support our kids as they play their final games of the season. God Bless and go Cobras!

All sophomores will participate in the PSAT10 Wednesday, Oct 23, 2024, at 8:00 AM in Safe Room A. Sophomores be sure your Chromebook is charged and ready to use!
The PSAT is a valuable opportunity to gain experience with standardized tests and qualify for scholarships in the future.

Financial Aid Night for Seniors and parents is Tuesday, October 8th @ 6:00PM in the auditorium.
Lisa Smith, the director of financial aid from Henderson State University, will be leading this workshop to share all you need to know about financial aid. This event will cover very important information leading into your college journey.
