Fountain Lake Charter High School will be holding virtual Scheduling/CAPS conferences on Monday, March 15. Students in grades 9-12 will not attend classes on this day. Instead, students and parents will attend a short virtual appointment with the student's advisor to discuss their six year plan. During this meeting students will also sign up for next year's classes, so it is very important for you to participate.
Students have been working with their advisors to prepare for this conference and must participate in this final meeting with you in order to be counted present for the day. Your student's advisor should be contacting you to schedule the appointment.
Again, there will be no classes for grades 9-12 on Monday, March 15. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the high school office.

The next ACT exam is on April 17th. To avoid late fees, register by March 12th.

The time for Senior pictures has been moved up! Pictures for both onsite and virtual students will now take place tomorrow morning (Thursday) from 8:30-11:00 A.M. in Safe Room A. This is the LAST opportunity to take Senior pictures.

The Fountain Lake School District will not meet for face-to-face instruction on Monday, February 22. The North Garland County Water District notified us that we do not have water on our campus. Students should check SeeSaw and Google Classroom for assignments and continue to work virtually. We will continue to monitor road conditions and keep everyone informed regarding the water shortage.

Due to the current weather conditions and forecast for this week, Fountain Lake Schools will not meet for face to face classes Tuesday, February 16 through Friday, February 19. Students should check SeeSaw or Google Classroom each day for assignments and scheduled class meetings. Any situation that arises that may prevent students from completing assignments will be addressed next week on a case by case basis. Please stay safe, warm and enjoy the snow! Have a great week.

National Honor Society applications are due this Friday!
National Honor Society is for grades 10th-12th. Students must meet minimum qualifications listed on the application in order to be eligible to join. Please contact Jennifer Cox for more information (jcox@flcobras.com).

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and the Office for Education Policy (OEP) at the University of Arkansas have developed a Parent/ Guardian Survey. In this survey, they are requesting your input on what is working and what needs to be changed or considered in the future.
The intention of the survey is to identify what is going on with families within the state, as well as what is going on within our specific region of the state.
