This Friday is the deadline to register for the October ACT. Go to act.org to sign up. We recommend 9th and 10th take it each semester and Juniors should take it as many times as possible. Taking the exam multiple times increases your chances of a good score. JRs and SRs who are on Free or Reduced Lunches or part of Talent Search or Upward Bound can get 4 Fee waivers that cover the cost of the test and study materials.


Seniors: The Elk's Most Valuable Student Scholarship worth up to $30,000 has been added to the scholarship page along with several other new scholarships.

September 13th, 2023, the Fountain Lake Junior High Cobras commuted to Ashdown for their 4th game of the season. The Cobras led a staunch and powerful offensive and defensive performance. Commenters have said, “FL led that game up and down the field!” The Cobras achieved a 26 to 12 final score, awarding them with a well deserved conference win. We are very proud of you guys for your hard work and dedication. GO COBRAS!!
