
Please note Make-Up Day schedule for 2023-2024:
Our approved school calendar for the 2023-2024 school year includes 5 make-up days as required by law. Those make-up days are January 15, February 19, March 29, April 5, and May 28. Since our 4 snow days last week occurred after January 15, we will have school on the remaining four days (February 19, March 29, April 5, and May 28).


Parents/Students: Applications are now being accepted for the Buzz Wilson Scholarship. For those that don't know, Mr. Wilson was an active member of the Spa Pacers for many years who provided encouragement to all runners and organized many running events. Scholarships are awarded each year to high school seniors planning to attend college in the fall, involved in the sport of running and/or walking for fitness, and exemplify the principles identified in the Spa Pacer’s mission statement. Applications can be submitted online by clicking this link or go to https://arspapacers.com/scholarships/ or a paper form can be completed. ALL application have to submitted/postmarked no later than February 12, 2024. Note: The application MUST be accompanied by a short letter of recommendation from a teacher, athletic coach, or someone who has knowledge of the students’ running activities.


Parents of Jr's and Sr's, it’s not too late to make a donation to Project Prom! Your donation will help provide a safe and fun place for students to spend time together after Prom and goes toward the purchase of prizes awarded throught the night. We are excited for @beprobeproud Tour to be stopping at our campus so our students can learn about career options in the great state of Arkansas!
This is our third time for hosting them at FLCHS and we are looking forward to this visit!

Fountain Lake School District will use Snow Routes again this morning, January 23,2024. We will check the roads later today to determine which routes to use this afternoon.

Our buses will be running on the revised snow routes linked below this afternoon.
If any of our working parents are unable to meet your child at the snow route drop-off point, please contact your building office to arrange for a later on-campus pick-up. Your child may stay in the FACES program until you can pick them up.

Homecoming Activities originally scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, January 19, 2024, have been postponed until next Friday, January 26 during the basketball games against Waldron.
Tomorrow night's basketball games with Morrilton are still being played. Senior Girls will tip-off at 6PM, followed by the Senior Boys.


The High School Winter Formal will be rescheduled to Saturday January 27 from 7:30pm-10:00pm!
Tickets will be on sale next week for $5 each and will still be for Fountain Lake students 9-12 only.

With continued concern for the safety of our students, staff, and parents, the Fountain Lake School District will be closed on Friday, January 19, 2024. Information pertaining to tomorrow's scheduled Homecoming will be posted as it becomes available. Stay safe.

After a lengthy selection process the Fountain Lake School Board is pleased to announce that our next Superintendent will be Darin Landry. He will begin July 1, 2024. You will have opportunities to meet him over the coming months.
We look forward to welcoming Mr. Landry into the Fountain Lake Family.
